Many employers do not have the time, experience or distance required to manage serious HR and industrial relations issues internally. When workplace matters escalate, IndustrialHR provides clear, technically sound support so decisions are made properly and with confidence.

We work with employers who do not want to be personally embedded in difficult or time-consuming employee issues. Many of the matters we manage are emotionally charged, technically complex or prolonged, and distract leaders from running their business. IndustrialHR steps in to take ownership of these matters.

Our role is to act as the HR function for the business, managing workplace matters end-to-end with the industrial relations experience required to ensure each step is handled correctly, documented properly and progressed to a defensible outcome.

IndustrialHR is led by Rhiannon, a practitioner with fifteen years’ experience across HR and industrial relations. Her background includes complex award interpretation, wage compliance work, high-risk investigations and large-scale organisational change.

Rhiannon is known for her technical precision, her ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, practical guidance, and her calm, steady approach to difficult workplace matters. She believes serious HR risks must be managed commercially and decisively, not cautiously or indefinitely, and that high-impact workplace decisions require expert oversight, defensible process and timely resolution.
